Q: Why BelleBug?
BelleBug is a unique online boutique in that we offer a wide variety of cute outfits for women and children at an incredibly affordable price. Most of the time, we have the outfits shipped to you directly from the manufacturer to offer you the absolute best price! While this method creates a slightly longer transit time (than you know, Amazon Prime), it's the best way to offer hundreds of products at an incredible price to YOU. (It would be impossible for an online boutique to carry all this stock!) We vet each product thoroughly to ensure quality and reliability. Are adorable AND affordable worth waiting for? We think so! :)
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Generally, most orders arrive in your mailbox within an average of 2.5 weeks*. This time frame includes 3-7 business days for processing, and an additional 3-14 business days for transit time.
Q: Is the item in stock? How long will in-stock take to arrive?
A. As an online boutique only, we carry limited inventory in-stock at this time and much of it sells out quickly! In-stock items will be specifically noted in the product description and will ship out within 2-3 business days of your order. You will receive a 16 digit tracking code for usps.com and receive the item within a few business days once it ships.
Q: Why did I receive a partial shipment?
A: With the variety of sourcing we use, it is likely that your order could arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Q: How can I track my package(s)? Is it moving?
You can check your order from the order status page at any time, and you may track your order through USPS.com with the tracking number(s) provided to you. 16 digit tracking numbers will be delivered locally to you within a few business days of shipping. Tracking numbers beginning "LW" are a direct ship from the factory and may also be tracked through usps.com (*please note: "LW" international shipments do not update with every move of transit, so there may be a delay between "tracking updates" until the package arrives in the U.S., at which point you can expect it to arrive in your mailbox within 3-4 business days).
Q: Can I return or exchange?
We will accept returns for any item that arrives damaged or in which the sizing is completely wrong. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it within 10 days of your receipt of the order. It must also be in the original packaging. Products that have already been worn or that were damaged after you received the product are exempt from being returned.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BelleBug Returns, 1218 Sanderson Ln, Allen, TX 75002. BUYER is responsible for shipping costs related to your returns or exchanges.
Q: My tracking information isn't working. Why do I receive an error message at usps.com ?
If you attempted to track your package through the link and receive an error message at usps.com, you may copy and paste your tracking number into the 'track my package' at usps.com to review the status. A status of "unavailable" or "pre-shipment" means the package is in transit, but the tracking information needs a few business days to update.
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping starts at $3.99 for 1-2 items (based on weight), and $6.99 for 2-4 items. If your order exceeds $50, FREE shipping is automatically applied to your order!
